Q: How should I dress for the walking tour?
A: Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing.
Sunglasses, straw hat (or baseball cap) and sunscreen are a must in the summer. They may even be needed in the spring and fall since the sun here is very intense and the summers are endless. Cottons and linens are also recommended for the summer.
If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, bring an umbrella. Wear a raincoat and waterproof boots or duck shoes, otherwise, you will get wet on this outdoor walking tour.
Winters are relatively mild here. However, from time to time, we get snow. Check the forecast and be prepared with appropriate winter gear and snow boots with good traction.
Q: Besides appropriate weather gear, is there anything else I should bring on tour?
A: Absolutely, bring a water bottle!
